Founded in 2003 by Chad Gates, Extreme Heating and Air began with a simple mission: to provide honest, reliable HVAC services at fair prices. Kaleb quickly followed in his dads footsteps and made Extreme Heating and Air his full time focus. Ryker is the newest member of the team to join and together the three of them are making their family legacy solidified.

Kaleb started learning the HVAC trade working summers with his dad in high school and have been full-time in the field for the past six years.
Now, he’s focused on continuing the family tradition while growing the company with fresh ideas and a strong commitment to customer care.

Ryker is the newest member of the team and manages our air filter replacement subscription service.
He’s focused on making it easy for customers to keep their systems running efficiently with on-time, hassle-free filter deliveries.
